Snowy Weddings, a wedding and event company in the Snowy Mountains and Sapphire Coast region now known as Charmed Events, held its first Bridal Fair at the Berridale Inn in Berridale on 3 May 2015.
Charmed Events owner, Jacinta Muras, has had a dream for over three years and her dream has now come true. Jacinta is now developing her business and bringing it to another level. As a result she has partnered with Jane Perkins who is a Wedding and event planner, the only wedding planner in the Snowy Region and surrounds, and Jane was the 2015 Bridal Fair “project manager”.
The venue at the Berridale Inn was fantastic. It provided for a warm, cosy and extremely friendly ambiance. The Expo was over-subscribed with 22 Exhibitors ranging from wedding online products, wedding planner, hairdressers and demonstrations, makeup artists and demonstrations, photo booth, florists, lolly bar, photography, celebrants, table and chair decorations, wedding cars, a fashion parade for plus size wedding dresses and much more. Live music was absolutely fantastic and provided by Michael Horneman and Cielle. Wow they were awesome.
Brides were asked to pre-register at no cost and were then eligible to possibly win one of the 8 different “giveaways” contributed by various businesses in the region. All the prizes were fantastic and ranged from videography by Sam Dyer, to vouchers of various kinds at various values, to an awesome contribution for a free night at JE Resort, and to 5 hours planning from Snowy Weddings Consultant. Over 50 brides pre-registered, which is a wonderful response to the very first, but not last, Snowy Weddings Bridal Fair.
Due to the huge success Snowy Weddings Bridal Fair is now planning for their 2016 event. Charmed Events has been able to negotiate a wonderful location at Rydges Horizon in Jindabyne on Easter Saturday 26 March 2016. The 2016 Snowy Weddings Bridal Fair is going to be bigger and better. We are already getting huge interest from exhibitors.
Charmed Events would like to take this opportunity to thank Donna Robson and Joe at the Berridale Inn, Chellie Olijnyk for decorating the room, all the businesses who contributed “giveaways”, the exhibitors for their support, and last but not least the Brides-to-Be and everyone else who came along.
